Canada, especially if you intend to send wishes to 1,502 lovers, get some self-sticking
greeting stamps. The heart frames are available in booklets at most postal outlets.

For any destination within Quebec, allow at least six working days for your
card to reach Saint-Valentin, be cancelled with a special Valentine's Day postmark,
and be re-expedited to reach your loved one by February 14. Allow eight working
days for a destination in another province. And remember, no matter how independent
